ABOUT FLO

For Leaders Only (FLO) is a ministry within Voice of Triumph Ministries (VOTM) that
was founded by Reverends Jeff and Bernadette Tadlock.  

The primary focus of FLO is to help full-time ministers and church leaders reach their
full potential.  Reverend Jeff has worked with many Pastors in the United States and
around the world serving as a spiritual mentor for over 20 years.

FLO conferences have primarily been held in Washington DC, Pittsfield, MA,
Morgantown, WV, and Bucks County, PA.  
Questions & Answers about FLO

1.) What kind of help does FLO offer?  

Reverend Jeff Tadlock brings much experience to growing
churches as he, himself, gained his initial experience by serving on
staff at Cornerstone World Outreach.  During that time period
Reverend Jeff Tadlock taught a leadership class called Ministry
School.  

In mentoring leaders Reverend Jeff brings a unique approach by
experience in local church settings and through the prophetic gifting
that God uses through him to detect issues that can cause a lack of
growth, yet while at the same time he encourages you in the
leadership gifting which God has placed within Pastors and church
leaders.

Today Reverend Jeff teaches many principles around the United
States in many local churches.  The churches where he has
ministered can testify of the remarkable changes that have
occurred after these meetings.  
2.) Can you help me with my staff?

Along with Pastors, Reverend Jeff works with them and their
staff to bring solutions that can carry into avoiding pitfalls
that many churches fall into.  

As a leader to leaders, Reverend Jeff also acts as an advisor
to Pastors directly by helping to be a spiritual covering to
their church.

3.) What about Bible Schools?

Reverend Jeff has helped ministries that are currently touching over
180 nations through their own Bible Schools.  However, he and his
team are currently working to develop Voice Of Triumph Bible Institute

4.) Do you help overseas ministries?

Besides being personally invited to over 56 countries Reverend Jeff
has been helping leaders in other countries with their ministries for
over 20 years.  Also, future FLO meeting are currently being developed
in Asia, Europe, and Canada.
