| Voice of Triumph Ministries (VOTM) was founded in 1996. After working for many years as an associate Pastor at Cornerstone World Outreach Center (CWOC), Reverend Jeff Tadlock and his wife Bernadette began VOTM, with the blessing of their senior Pastors Larry and Eileen Gordon. It was during this time that Rev. Jeff stepped-out “in-faith” to begin a ministry that was to become a source of strength and prophetic insight for Pastors and church leaders both in the United States and around the World. During, Rev. Jeff's years working with the local church, at CWOC, he gained great wisdom and practical understanding about how, not just to build a church, but how to build great leaders that could withstand the pressures of ministry and go on to fulfill the callings that God has given to their ministries. One biblical insight that Rev. Jeff learned is that ministries need, not only, mentors but those who can stand with them as a spiritual-covering. This foundational principal is one that is a hallmark of VOTM and is a part of the calling that is central to VOTM. Another important part of VOTM is the For Leaders Only (FLO) conferences that are put on every year for Pastors and church leaders. Rev. Jeff has specially designed these meetings for leaders because he believes that, most of all, Pastors and church leaders need particular impartations and wisdom for the stage of ministry they are in, as leaders within the Body of Christ. Rev. Jeff has also to been on ministry trips around the world. It was during his first mission trip, that God opened the door for him to travel with the renowned late Dr. Lester Sumrall, a mentee of Howard Carter and Smith Wigglesworth. After his initial mission trip, God opened many other doors for Rev. Jeff to travel to almost thirty different nations. However, VOTM is still not finished helping other nations. Even now, Rev. Jeff has invitations to over 56 countries around the world. Looking towards the future, VOTM is a ministry that is continuing to be the “Voice of Triumph” by proclaiming Jesus Christ and helping to equip leaders for the work of the ministry both in the United States and around the world! |
